What is the Week of Giving?

Week of Giving is a community-wide initiative that brings people together in generosity and connection while supporting local nonprofits across Armstrong County.

During the week, individuals, businesses, and organizations are invited to give in the way that works best for them - online or in person- supporting participating nonprofits across the region. Through the Bonus Fund, made possible by community partners and sponsors, eligible donations (of $20 or more) are amplified with additional funding, increasing the overall impact for local organizations.

The Week of Giving in Armstrong County was launched in 2013 by the Armstrong County Community Foundation to help local nonprofit organizations raise critical funds for their programs and services, while increasing awareness of the work they do in our communities.
