Completion of Project
Upon completion of the project, the grantee will provide the Foundation with an appropriate report concerning the ultimate expenditure of the grant award.

In lieu of a full grant application, the Foundation requires a Letter of Intent, which must include:
- Organization name
- Brief statement of your mission
- A one paragraph summary of the project
- Timeline of the project
- Total cost of the project
- Total amount requested from the Foundation
Your Letter of Intent must be limited to one page and provide enough information for the Foundation to make a funding decision.
Letters of Intent will be accepted on a rolling basis.
Your organization may be asked to submit a full grant proposal at a later date.
