The Armstrong County Arts Council is helping build excitement for America 250 throughout Armstrong County with the addition of two new promotional signs.
Made possible through a grant from the Richard G. and Barbara A. Snyder General Charitable Fund, a component fund of the Armstrong County Community Foundation, the Arts Council purchased a banner that now proudly hangs at the Armstrong County Courthouse and a portable sign with a base that has been displayed at community events to promote America 250 initiatives.
These signs serve as a visible reminder of the many opportunities residents will have to participate in celebrating our nation's 250th anniversary. By increasing awareness and encouraging community involvement, the Armstrong County Arts Council is helping bring people together to recognize our shared history and look ahead to the future.
The Armstrong County Community Foundation is proud to partner with organizations like the Armstrong County Arts Council and with the generous fundholders whose charitable giving makes projects like this possible. Together we continue to invest in initiatives that strengthen our communities, celebrate local heritage, and create lasting impact.
