Access to nutritious food is essential for healthy families and a strong community.  Each month, the Grace Presbyterian Church Food Bank & Warmth of Grace works to provide food assistance to individuals and families throughout Armstrong County, ensuring that no one has to face food insecurity alone.

Through grants from the Raymond A. Boarts Fund and the Arnold B. & Christine M. Moss Fund, component funds of the Armstrong County Community Foundation, the food bank was able to purchase hamburger for its June food distribution.  These grants helped provide an important source of protein for the families served during the distribution.

In June, the food bank welcomed 237 families, demonstrating both the ongoing need for food assistance and the incredible impact of community support.
