Community Collaboration Builds New Accessible Ramp at Our Office During Week of Giving

A new accessibility ramp was built at our Community Foundation office during Week of Giving through a partnership with Ramps of Hope and Armstrong Habitat for Humanity, showcasing community collaboration in action.

Last week was a busy one as we celebrated Week of Giving, and we’re just now getting a chance to share this exciting update!

Despite the rainy weather, our partners at Ramps of Hope and Armstrong Habitat for Humanity came together at our Community Foundation office to construct a brand-new accessibility ramp — and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently the project came together.

Watching the build take shape in real time was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when organizations unite with a shared purpose. This project represents more than just an improvement to our building — it reflects a deeper commitment to creating a welcoming, accessible space for everyone in our community.

We are incredibly grateful for the hard work, generosity, and partnership of everyone involved. Thank you for helping make this project possible and for strengthening our community through action.
