Rumbarger Emergency Fund

The Rumbarger Emergency Fund was established due to the generosity of a local gentleman's insurance policy.  Unbeknownst to the Foundation, this unrestricted surprise has enabled the Community Foundation to begin an Emergency Fund to ensure that the Foundation has resources to continue our work in the event of difficult times.
