Buck Stitt Memorial Bible Fund
The Buck Stitt Memorial Bible Fund was established to give Bibles to inmates of the Armstrong County Jail and the homeless.
Daryl (Buck) Stitt, who died April 5, 2004, dedicated his life to the ministry, serving as Associate Pastor and Interim Pastor of Victory Baptist Church in East Franklin Township. He was also active in the Rock of Ages Prison Ministry, and a regular Bible teacher at the Armstrong County Jail. Prior to full-time ministry, Buck retired from the US Navy with 30 years of service, after which he worked for the US Army for 11 years. This fund was established to continue his work and to honor his memory.
