Armstrong Police Association APA Law Enforcement Training Fund

In accordance with the mission of the Foundation, this Fund is established for the purpose of providing grants to charitable programs and organizations which will furnish fundamental training of law enforcement officers in order to improve the overall quality of police service to the citizens of Armstrong County and to improve successful prosecutions in Armstrong County, as approved by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
